Returns

All Mimi Mama products are made to order. So please allow us 1-2 weeks for your order to be crafted and shipped.  

We take great care packing and shipping your little ones’ clothes. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at [email] within 48 hours of the delivery. We will arrange a return pickup and either:

• Replace the item (subject to availability) or
• Issue a full refund

If the return is not due to damage or an incorrect item, we kindly ask you to ship the product back to the return address provided.
